The idea behind Breath * Affirm was born out of a personal journey. A few years ago, our founder Deepti was inspired by a manager who began each day with affirmations. Hearing about this daily ritual sparked curiosity—how could something so simple have such a profound effect? Deepti decided to try it herself. But despite her best efforts, sticking to a consistent routine was tough. She craved variety, creativity, and structure, but affirmations alone felt too rigid.

That's when it clicked: what if there was a way to guide people through affirmations the same way a class guides someone through an exercise routine? Not just a list of words, but a full, engaging experience that also taps into the power of breath.
